Fixes #597

Changes

  1. Reverted ASM build script to previous working version
  2. Downgraded RUST_VER to 1.63.0-nightly (nightly-2022-06-24)
  3. Pinned wasm-bindgen version to =0.2.79

Testing

  1. Confirmed the issue: ASM build failed on v7.5.1 with error FATAL: Unable to initialize @polkadot/wasm-crypto in React Native Expo on Android simulator
  2. Applied these changes and rebuilt all WASM packages
  3. Exported updated packages to the App node_modules
  4. Verified the fix: Setup now runs successfully with the modified packages
