Note

Restricts CircleCI test matrix to ArangoDB enterprise 3.12 while keeping Python 3.10–3.12 and single/cluster configs.

• CI (CircleCI):
  • Reduce test workflow matrix in .circleci/config.yml:
    • arangodb_license: restrict to "enterprise" (drop "community").
    • arangodb_version: restrict to "3.12" (drop "3.11").
  • Retains python_version ("3.10", "3.11", "3.12") and arangodb_config ("single", "cluster").
