spv1.4target to compiletests CI. I recently added some tests that--disassemblethe entire module, and since spv1.4 / vulkan1.2 contain quite a few changes wrt. the entry point definition, they require those versions and up. Notably, tests related to:arch/shared/*fail-fast)
