OpenAI responses support #397
Description
OpenAI has been moving towards their newer responses API for some time and it has features that the chat completions API lacks. For example, o1-pro was only available in the responses API and you have to use responses to enable web search.
There's a package that implements it here that we could use as a reference if we decide to implement responses one day:
