Conflict between Pawn and PHP file extensions

The Pawn language has .inc extension and is used for include/library files.
I see in my Wakatime statistics that I have PHP language activity, but I haven't used ".php" for a while. (my profile)
This may be because PHP also has .inc file extension..
In github .inc files is always identified as Pawn language.

I use VSCode and Sublime Text 3 IDEs, if thats matters.

Hi @adib-yg, all these languages have .inc as possible filename, so it's hard to properly detect the language. @alanhamlett do you see any workaround in this case?
