Unable to start due to CSP issues #72

Problem
Once activated, the following capture was taken.
The operating environment is Google chrome.
Revision details
It appears to be due to a CSP issue caused by a chrome update.
Specifically, chrome.runtime.getURL() seems to be suspicious.
To address this issue, we have updated the version of @crxjs/vite-plugin in package.json. After updating, it now works correctly.
