This error only happens when I compile my Deno project to a .exe file. In development, everything works fine. I don't know what is the deal with lightningcss.win32-x64-msvc.node.

I've never used deno but the missing binary is supposed to be installed from the npm registry. Probably an issue in deno with compiling/installing native deps.

solved after install Microsoft redistributable package.
