Auto upload stopped working, after latest iOS Update

Steps to reproduce

1. Have Auto Upload enabled with Subfolders
2. Take new Photos
3. Open App

Expected behaviour

Photos should be uploaded to target

Actual behaviour

Photos are kept in waiting list and don't upload. in the waiting list the main folder Photos is listed. when I click on the stop icon beside "Photos" the upload works.
but have to do that each time after taking new photos.
