[Bug]: CodiMD Docker-Compose Environment Variable Domain Error

Error Message and Logs

The current CodiMD config is implemented wrongly, as the full url (with https header) is used for CMD_DOMAIN env variable, instead of only having the domain path (see CodiMD docs)

Logs show that the instance is requesting to https://https//codimd.subdomain.com/*

Steps to Reproduce

1. Projects > Resource > New Resource > Select CodiMD Template > Deploy

2. Visit deployed URL
