Won't convert absolute tsx imports

As of @2.2.7, The following works:

```js
import App from './components/App';
// output =>
import App from './components/App.js';
```

The following does not:

```js
import App from 'components/App';
// output =>
import App from 'components/App'; // (no change)
// expected =>
import App from 'components/App.js';
```
