How do i use the version 4 beta?

I am desperate because the 3.15 is so riddled with issues that it's impossible to make it do anything whatsoever, i hope that 4 beta has some fixes that make it work, but i don't know how to install it in vscode, can someone tell me what to do?

According to the commits, there have been some updates almost every day in the past month. Additionally, when version 4.0 is released, there will be a lot of incompatibilities because it was started from a much earlier 3.x version.
