Description
- need to add a 4th wrap section with brief usage instructions
- incorporate the "maximum" field somehow, more complicated formula to have even the minimum grant supplement start to tail off after maximum funding is exceeded
- add another field to separate the percent share for awards and expose the percent share for TA work
